Sometimes working life turns out differently from expected.
The aim of our 2nd track processes is to guide the employee to realistic and sustainable employment. The key to this success lies in our personal and tailor-made approach.
We get more out of a 2nd track process than complying with the required laws and regulations. That is why with us everything starts with self-insight. When you know who you are and what drives you, you enter the job market with confidence and energy. By understanding your distinctiveness, you can take more targeted steps and are more likely to find new sustainable employment.
Our short lines of personal communication ensure that all parties involved can work towards the intended result in an effective and enjoyable manner.
Customised duration and content
With us, a second track is always tailor-made, both in terms of duration and content. Starting from a thorough step-by-step plan, we search together with the employee for a new sustainable employment contract. In addition to regular employment, we can offer alternatives to get the employee back to work in the form of, for example, trial placement, secondment or self-employment. The duration of the process is determined in consultation and always has the possibility of extension.
Reporting that complies with required laws and regulations
The frequency, form and content of reporting meet the requirements of the UWV and Wet verbetering poortwachter. After the intake, a start report will be drawn up with a realistic plan of action. As the employer, you will receive a progress report every two months. After completion of the programme, a final report will be drawn up. In addition to the reports, the coach will proactively inform the employer in case of peculiarities.
Reintegration specialists involved
Our reintegration specialists are committed, result-oriented and have up-to-date knowledge of reintegration legislation and regulations. They possess the right competences and have extensive experience in the sustainable placement of candidates. They know the complexities involved in a second track process and know how to look after the interests of both employer and employee.
There are short lines of communication between the reintegration specialist, employer and employee. Whereby the reintegration specialist serves the employer optimally within the framework of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and creatively creates opportunities to achieve the common goal.
Support with WIA application submission
If required, we assist employees and employers in submitting the WIA application. Thanks to our knowledge and experience, we can provide the employee with the right information and prepare properly for the WIA examination. It is also possible for us to be present at the WIA examination.
Sustainable result for both employer and employee
As an organisation, you don't just want to give your employees a job, you want to give them a future. After all, today's colleagues are tomorrow's ambassadors. For us, 'good leavers' are therefore always the starting point, without losing sight of speed in the process.
We would be happy to engage with you to see if we can do anything for you.
