The Future Check is a practical, two-day training that gives you insight into your natural talents, cognitive preferences and behavioural preferences. We translate these insights directly into concrete roles, preferred environment, education that you can logically grow towards. With the link to the labour market now and in the future, this is a basis for shaping your career from your own direction.
Start with your brain profile
In preparation, you play four games. These form the only scientific brain profile in the Netherlands and provide clear insights into your natural talents and cognitive preferences. In the training, we translate these insights directly into appropriate roles and growth opportunities.
Day 1 - Your personal profile and development canvas
Based on your natural talents and cognitive preferences, we provide insight into preferred roles and environments, linked to relevant training directions. Together, we build a development canvas: an overview of your natural talents that you want to use, the needs that you want to meet, the roles in which this is expressed and the environment and culture where you will be at your best.

- Theory of perception (CG Jung and Bateson)
- Understanding behavioural preferences, preferred roles and work environment
- Discovering where your strengths lie and in which roles you can use them
- Creation of a personal development canvas with your goals and training directions
Day 2 - Networking & labour market orientation
We focus on labour market developments and how you can respond to them. You will learn how networking really works, how to use LinkedIn effectively and how to use the power of language and the brain to position yourself more strongly.
