Our approach helps you get a clear picture of what you are good at, what you are looking for and why certain jobs or work environments suit you. What is your unique value and how do you tell that to the world?

Programme

  • The programme consists of two interactive training days, including an overnight stay, in beautiful wooded surroundings.
  • You exchange experiences with other participants, work in small groups, get practical tools and create insight - for now and for the future.
  • To prepare for the training days, you will complete two assignments.
  • You start the training with a Brain Profile. Discover your natural talents and development direction with BrainsFirst. With this, we give you insight into talents, training and functions that logically match your profile.
  • This training course is put together with redundant employees from different organisations so that you also get insights from other industries and organisations and start networking right away.
  • This training is also there for employees starting their career or in the process of career development within the current organisation -that's what The Future Check is for.

Result

After the training, you will have answers to the following questions:

  • Who am I, what do I want and what can I do? Why do I do things the way I do and why do my qualities and preferences lie there?
  • How will the labour market develop in the coming years? What trends could and should I 'logically' expect?
  • What knowledge, experience or specific skills are required of me and which would I like to use?
  • Where are my opportunities?
  • Do my current profession and roles still match my competences and ambitions?
  • How can I make the network (including LinkedIn, recruiters, organisations) work for me?
  • What am I telling 'the world' that will make other people think with me?

You can put these answers and insights together and translate them into a plan of action for the future. We give you tools to follow trends and developments in your 'own future job market'. So that you are well prepared and can take steps towards your new future.
