Especially after the Corona period, we experienced that roles and processes were going to be adapted and/or redesigned more quickly.

What is meaning? And what does this encompass for you? How do you look at your career so far? To what extent has your sense of purpose guided your career? Outcome: inspire and prompt reflection to find a common thread. We do this partly on the basis of Bateson's pyramid.
2. A brain-based assessment from BrainsFirst (4 science-based games)

3. Personal coaching session (90 minutes)
One concluding coaching session in which your personal meaning is linked to your talents and motives. A deepening of your insights. We translate the job market into suitable positions. Insight into roles and vacancies to which you can realistically apply. Help in drawing parallels between your experience and the skills required in new vacancies.
