Who am I?
In 2012, I started my first organisation Beaucage. One of the first networking organisations, which time was not ready for then ;).
My origins are in financial services where I guided change processes and reorganisations towards the new reality. What I soon noticed there was that employees were not often preoccupied with their future. Only when they reach a forced crossroads do they start thinking about what they are good at and what else they might be able to do within the organisation. Uncertainty does something to people; doubts arise and that does something to your self-confidence.
I believe that if you know what your qualities are and what needs you want to fulfil, you can have much better control over your life and career. Insight gives confidence and therefore you can see why certain roles are and are not appropriate and what steps you can take to be able to grow towards something.
Every person can do anything, only some things come easier to you than others. I have always believed that you should do everything you are good at yourself and leave what others are better at to others. That way, you can achieve the best result with a group of people.
For assignments, I looked with me for the right people to shape them in the best way. From realism, quality and no is also an answer with me. In the beginning, I found saying no quite exciting, but it made me find the things I was good at.
In 2017, Nieuwkans was founded and I started to expand more and it became the organisation it is today.

An organisation that only works with certified independent contractors who do great jobs together. A conscious choice because this way we keep the network big and can share all trends and developments with each other, thus always staying abreast of new developments in the market. We have national coverage with about 30 coaches and trainers and intensive cooperation with parties from the supply of profiles/assessments and entrepreneurship.
My starting point is still innovative thinking and opportunity creation, connecting, realism, networking and doing what you do best for 80%, then I can get the best out of myself!
