Outplacement, everyone can face it sooner or later in their career. An exciting time. You may be wondering what the current job market is like. How does applying for a job anno NOW and what do I say in an interview to make sure I stand out among all those other candidates? It can also be a time to start examining and realising old steps that have never been realised. Everyone is unique in their question, need and how they want to be supported.

Our guidance programmes are always tailor-made, with you as the individual at the centre. The outplacement process consists of five phases and within each phase, in consultation with our professional career coaches, we offer what you need at that moment. Both in terms of content and form. So you get your own programme based on your individual needs.

We will work with you to find a new job, but we will also ensure that you remain permanently employable in the future. Your coaching programme is tailor-made. From the start, you will experience that you are central. Together, we go through a number of phases that we tailor to your needs. Sometimes a bit faster, then an extra moment for reflection. You determine the content and form together with your coach.
