Tailored pathways for sustainable career steps

Our coaching process is always tailor-made, with the individual employee at the centre. At each stage, together with our professional career coaches, we agree on what the employee needs at that moment - both in terms of content and form. This creates a personal programme using proven successful interventions, fully tailored to individual needs.

Your goal is clear: guide redundant colleagues to a new, sustainable job outside your organisation in the best possible way. Not just any job, but a role with future prospects. Because today's colleagues are tomorrow's ambassadors.

In our process, the employee is really at the centre:

Personalised counselling to suit unique situation and preferences
Freedom of choice in approach and components
A sense of belonging through participation in a group where networks, insights and experiences are shared
How we do itWe offer a wide range of options, to be taken separately, in packages or as a tailor-made course of 4, 6 or 9 months.
Employees can choose from:
Personality profiles
Capacity tests and assessments
E-learnings and webinars
Trainings and individual interviews
Practical theory and exercises
Depending on the need, we recommend a suitable programme. In the case of a 6- or 9-month customised programme, the employee also has unlimited access to our complete range via our online portal.

We offer pathways in career development, entrepreneurship and hybrid forms. If the question or need changes during the programme, we immediately adjust the programme in consultation with the coach. Always customised, never standard.

Result
An employee who is guided to a realistic, sustainable new job while remaining an ambassador for the organisation he or she is leaving.

How we do it

Step 1. Personal intake and processing

Target
The aim of the intake phase is to get to know you, to fine-tune what you already know, how you would like to be coached and most importantly, whether there is a 'click'. Our starting point is that you will be guided by one coach during the counselling process. The coach gives you all the attention and time you need for good and effective support tailored to your specific wishes and needs. We provide guidance in personal conversations, by e-mail and by telephone/team/video call, and we match your preferences.

We also take a brief look at dismissal, using Kübler-Ross's change curve for this purpose.

Step 2. Orientation

Target
Gaining insight into; 'who am I, what do I want, what can I do'? What is my distinctiveness and how do I tell this to the world. Linked to realistic roles/functions and preferred industries you would like to explore. Only then can you move towards new and sustainable employment with targeted focus

Approach
The basis for our guidance is purposeful movement towards new and sustainable employment. This from a personal identity and authenticity, linked to realistic labour market opportunities and industries. Our focus here is on you! How do you see the future, are there things you find exciting and how are you in your energy? This is an important phase for us because we believe that if you do not yet know what you want or are capable of, you cannot take effective steps towards finding new and sustainable employment.

Step 3. Discovering your own opportunities

Target
Targeted orientation and exploration of realistic and appropriate labour market opportunities.

Approach
This phase focuses on the question; "if I know what I want and where my possible realistic labour market opportunities lie, what is my 'distance' from the labour market? And then, what additional skills and knowledge do I need for a better connection to that labour market?

Step 4. Create and exploit opportunities

Target
Conduct targeted (job application) interviews with the aim of finding a sustainable new job.

Approach
This phase focuses on the question; how do I create opportunities, how do I get to job interviews, how do I make my network & LinkedIn work for me and then how do I capitalise on my created opportunities?

Because you applied focus in phases 2 and 3, you know what your distinctiveness is and where realistic opportunities lie. This allows you to approach the job market effectively and in a targeted way.

Step 5. Aftercare

We don't let you off the hook. If you have a great new job after the coaching period, or maybe it just didn't work out, we will stay in your network. You can always call to spar or ask for advice. For us, your sustainable employability is our mission, of which we are happy to be a part.
