At each stage, together with our professional career coaches, we agree on what the employee needs at that moment - both in terms of content and form. This creates a personal programme using proven successful interventions, fully tailored to individual needs.

In our process, the employee is really at the centre:

  • A sense of belonging through participation in a group where networks, insights and experiences are shared
  • How we do itWe offer a wide range of options, to be taken separately, in packages or as a tailor-made course of 4, 6 or 9 months.

  • Capacity tests and assessments
  • E-learnings and webinars
  • Trainings and individual interviews
  • Practical theory and exercises
  • Depending on the need, we recommend a suitable programme. In the case of a 6- or 9-month customised programme, the employee also has unlimited access to our complete range via our online portal.

We offer pathways in career development, entrepreneurship and hybrid forms. If the question or need changes during the programme, we immediately adjust the programme in consultation with the coach. Always customised, never standard.
