Outplacement for employers

Sometimes, as an organisation, you cannot escape it and reorganisation is the only option. Here, it is important for the organisation that this is done on the basis of being a good employer, because you have your employees' best interests at heart. By offering an outplacement process, employees are supported by an independent and professional party on their way to sustainable new employment.

Our coaching process is always tailor-made, with the individual employee at the centre. Within all the phases described below, we offer what the individual employee needs at that moment, in consultation with our professional career coaches. Both in terms of content and form. A truly customised approach in which employees make use of proven successful interventions that are specifically deployed per employee and in consultation with the employee. Each employee thus gets a personalised programme based on individual needs.

You wish to help and support redundant colleagues as best you can in finding new, sustainable employment outside your organisation, and not just any job. A job that offers a future. After all, today's colleagues are tomorrow's ambassadors. In this process, it is important that the individual employee is central, that the employee is offered the support that suits him or her and also has options in this respect, that the employee does not stand alone, but (also) becomes part of a group where he can share his networks, insights and experiences.

How we do it

We work on the basis of a diverse offer which can be put together separately, in package form and/or as a tailor-made programme of 4, 6 or 9 months.

One has a choice of different personality profiles, capacity tests/assessments, e-learnings, Webinars, training courses, individual interviews, theory and exercises. Depending on the needs, we will recommend a suitable programme. Within a customised 6- and 9-month programme, the employee has unlimited access from the support portal to our entire offer.

We offer tailor-made career, entrepreneurship and/or hybrid programmes. If demand and/or needs change within the programme, we adapt the programme in consultation with the coach. Always customised and never a standard offer.
Result
An employee who is guided to realistic and sustainable new employment and remains an ambassador of the leaving organisation.
