In addition, we offer you practical tools to follow trends and developments in your personal labour market. Not from the idea that you always have to keep developing or moving on, but from your own strength. So that when you want to move, you can do so purposefully and with focus.

When you know what your distinctiveness is and what needs you want to meet - now and in the future - you can actually influence your own career and future.

To make that happen, you need an understanding of two key themes:

  1. Understanding yourself - What do you want? What can you do? Where does your ambition lie? And what makes you unique in what you have to offer?

  2. Insight into developments in your personal labour market - What will your job look like in two to five years? How will your department or organisation change over that period? And what direction is your sector or industry developing in the medium term?

With this insight, you can proactively respond to changes, strengthen your position and shape your future yourself.
