"The networking and the power of LinkedIn training allows me to do a lot of overdue maintenance on my LinkedIn page. I haven't given it any attention for 10 years. I am going to spend my time adding content. My next step is to put your tips on it. I have written these down for myself. For me, the purpose of LinkedIn is to increase my network within the Data domain. This is also the direction I want to grow towards. I moved to a new Data & Privacy Steward position this year. This is a new world for me. I therefore want to expand my network within the data work area. I have tailored my headliner accordingly. The e-learning has woken me up and inspired me to give my LinkedIn profile more attention and activate it."

"After working at Rabobank for 31 years, it stopped for me. I followed a career path through Nieuwkans and am glad I chose it. It helped me in taking steps and going through the various stages of saying goodbye to what you were used to for years to a new challenge. The career path helped me put a point behind the past so that I could move on. Ultimately, it's about being able to fully focus on your future. What do you want to achieve? What do you like? And what gives you energy? My coach Willy helped me with this by being a listening ear, mirroring and, above all, being there. This gives you the feeling that you are not alone. It gives you the energy to go further. In the end, it is all about finding your dream job. In consultation, you choose the training courses and workshops that will help you in your search. Following three letters, I had two conversations. This resulted in a nice new challenge.
I would grant anyone who needs to look for a new challenge after a long time a career path with Nieuwkans. You have to get to work yourself, but it is great that you can spar. * What do you rate the 'Living Your Own Future' training course overall?
I was fairly sceptical about the training before I came, perhaps having had too many training sessions in the past ten years.
It went differently than I expected and the impact was high.
Thanks for guiding me and I found somewhere between an 8 and a 9.

* What has been the most valuable part for you?
The walk of life, about the different stages of where you want to go and your core values and everything.
Was quite confronting with where I am or maybe am not in my life.

* What else would you like to give us?
It was good, varied and we were going somewhere together (figuratively).

Group was fun and that often helps mt dynamics vice versa and added value.
